Elar is a trainer and course developer of our 4-day Web Application Security (WAS) training course. He enjoys researching, writing Proof-of-Concepts and constantly keeps adding to the training content form real life pentesting experiences. In March 2017 he rounded up 2000 hours of WAS training given since 2012 March launch and the count is growing fast.
Before joining Clarified Security team in January 2012, Elar was a Web Application developer with "paranoid and pedantic attitude" towards security.
Elar has graduated cum laude from Tallinn Technical University Masters degree program and his thesis was focused on Web Application Client-Side security. He also wrote his diploma on "PHP Application Layer Attacks - mechanisms and protection" during his Bachelor studies at Estonian IT College.
